Terms & Conditions

Effective date: [DATE] · The Showrunner Society is operated by Ask Regina Baker, a division of Computerize U-II ("we," "us"). Enrolling in the membership means you agree to these terms.

1. The Membership

The Showrunner Society is a 12-month strategic membership for virtual assistants, social media managers, and administrative professionals who support, or want to support, professional speakers. It includes: one live strategic Zoom meetup per month for 12 months; a published 12-month call calendar; one deliverable per month (template, checklist, or SOP framework) with a homework assignment after each session; a free basic listing on speakersupportstaff.com earned at Month 3; and an invitation to upgrade to paid VIP directory status presented at Month 9.

Membership is capped at 20 members. Enrollment closes Wednesday, September 23, 2026, or when 20 seats are filled, whichever comes first. No enrollments are accepted after the close date.

Minimum enrollment: if fewer than 8 seats are filled by the enrollment close date, we reserve the right to postpone the start date or cancel the cohort and refund all payments in full.

Eligibility: this membership is for individual support professionals. Professional speakers are not eligible to enroll. Speakers who want their team member trained should see the speaker and team member program at speakervas.com.

2. Investment and Payment Terms

• Total investment: $2,397, structured as a $450 down payment at enrollment plus 11 monthly payments of $177.
• Monthly payments are billed automatically to the card on file, in advance, beginning 30 days after enrollment.
• Three-month commitment, no exceptions: the $450 down payment and the first 2 monthly payments ($804 total) are a required, non-cancellable, non-refundable commitment. Enrollment is not confirmed until the down payment clears.
• After the commitment period, membership continues monthly through Month 12. You may cancel future months with written notice to email@askreginabaker.com before your next billing date. Completed months are not refunded.
• Your rate is locked for your full 12-month term.
• Pay-in-full option: one payment of $2,300 at enrollment, a $97 savings. Pay-in-full enrollments are non-refundable, except under the minimum enrollment provision in Section 1.

3. One Seat, One Person

• Your membership covers you and only you. No login sharing, no seat sharing, no sending someone in your place.
• Sharing recordings, materials, or login credentials with non-members ends the membership without refund.
• All materials, recordings, and frameworks are licensed for your personal or single-business use only. No reselling, repackaging, or teaching from them.

4. Directory Listing (speakersupportstaff.com)

• The basic listing is earned at Month 3, not included at signup. Eligibility requires: account in good standing (all payments current) and completion of the Month 1 through 3 foundation requirements, which are: live attendance at 2 of the 3 foundation meetups and submission of the homework assignments for all 3 foundation sessions, as outlined in the Member Welcome Guide.
• The basic listing remains active while your membership is in good standing. If payment fails or membership is cancelled before Month 12, the listing is suspended.
• Members who complete all 12 months in good standing keep their basic listing for 12 additional months at no charge, then may continue under standard directory terms.
• VIP directory placement is a separate, optional paid upgrade presented to eligible members at Month 9.

5. Failed Payments

• A failed charge is retried automatically. You will receive notice and a 7-day grace period to update your payment method.
• If unresolved after the grace period, access is paused: Zoom meetups, materials, and any active directory listing. Access resumes when the account is current.
• Two consecutive unresolved failed payments during the commitment period constitute a default. The remaining commitment balance is due, and access does not resume until it is paid.

6. What This Membership Is Not

• It is not a job placement service. The directory listing is visibility, not a guarantee of clients or income. We make no earnings claims of any kind.
• It is not a certification. No credential is issued or implied.
• It is not a content library. It is a guided 12-month membership with live access, and results depend on your own effort and implementation.

7. Conduct and Recordings

• Monthly meetups may be recorded for member access. By attending, you consent to being on the recording.
• Hot seat discussions stay in the room. Sharing another member's business details outside the membership ends your enrollment without refund.
• Professional conduct is required. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior results in removal without refund.

8. Changes

The 12-month call calendar is published in advance. Topics or dates may occasionally shift with notice. The core structure (12 months, one live meetup per month, one deliverable per month, 20-member cap) does not change mid-term.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from this membership is limited to the amount you have paid for the membership. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of business decisions you make based on membership content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
